How DashoContent uses cookies and tracking technologies, the categories we run, and how you can manage or withdraw your consent.
Last updated: July 5, 2026
This Cookie Policy explains how ContentDash PTE LTD ("DashoContent", "we", "us", "our") uses cookies and similar tracking technologies when you visit dashocontent.com (the "Site"). It should be read together with our Privacy Policy, which explains how we handle personal data more generally.
We are a Singapore-registered company (ContentDash PTE LTD, registered office: 160 Robinson Road, #14-04, Singapore Business Federation Centre, Singapore 068914) serving customers in Singapore, the Philippines and other markets. We handle personal data in line with the Singapore Personal Data Protection Act 2012 (PDPA) and, where our processing relates to individuals in the Philippines, the Philippine Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173) and the rules of the National Privacy Commission (NPC).
What are cookies?
Cookies are small text files placed on your device when you visit a website. They are widely used to make websites work, to remember your preferences, and to provide reporting and advertising information. We also use related technologies such as pixels, tags and local storage; this policy refers to all of these collectively as "cookies". Cookies may be set by us (first-party) or by third parties whose services we use (third-party), and may be session cookies (deleted when you close your browser) or persistent cookies (remaining until they expire or you delete them).
Categories of cookies we use
1. Strictly necessary (always on). Required for the Site to function and to remember your privacy choices. They do not require consent because the Site cannot work properly without them, and include the store that records your cookie-consent preferences so we do not ask you on every page.
2. Analytics (consent required). These help us understand how visitors use the Site, which pages are viewed, how visitors arrive, and how we can improve. They are only set after you consent.
3. Advertising / marketing (consent required). These help us measure and improve our advertising, understand campaign performance, and where applicable show relevant ads on third-party platforms. They are only set after you consent.
The specific trackers we run
The Site loads its tags through Google Tag Manager (container GTM-P988547). The container carries the services below. Non-necessary tags do not fire until you give consent through our cookie banner.
- Cookie-consent preference store (strictly necessary, first-party) - remembers your accept/reject choices so we do not re-prompt.
- Google Analytics 4 (G-FM531LBDWS, via GTM), by Google (analytics) - aggregate traffic and usage measurement, page-view and engagement reporting. See policies.google.com/privacy.
- Google Ads (via GTM-P988547), by Google (advertising) - conversion measurement and campaign performance for our Google advertising.
- Meta Pixel, by Meta Platforms (advertising) - measure and optimise our advertising on Facebook and Instagram. See facebook.com/policies/cookies.
- HubSpot, by HubSpot (analytics / marketing) - analytics, and, if you submit a form or interact with our marketing, associating your activity with your contact record. See legal.hubspot.com/cookie-policy.
- Airtable form embed on the contact page, by Airtable (functional / third-party) - powers the embedded contact form on /contact-us and may set third-party cookies when the form is loaded. See airtable.com/company/privacy.
Note on the Airtable contact form: the contact form on /contact-us is an embedded Airtable form that loads only when you choose to open it. When you interact with it, Airtable may set its own cookies to operate the form. If you would prefer not to load the embed, you can contact us directly by email at info@contentdash.app instead.
The legal basis: consent before non-necessary cookies
Under the PDPA (SG), RA 10173 (PH) and, for visitors in the EU/UK, the GDPR/PECR, we ask for your consent before setting analytics or advertising cookies. When you first visit the Site, our cookie banner lets you Accept all, Reject all, or Manage preferences by category. Until you make a choice, only strictly-necessary cookies run.
Managing your preferences
- On our Site: use the "Cookie preferences" link in the footer (or the banner on first visit) to change or withdraw your consent at any time. Withdrawing consent stops future non-necessary cookies; cookies already set can be cleared in your browser.
- In your browser: most browsers let you block or delete cookies through their settings. Blocking strictly-necessary cookies may break parts of the Site.
- Google Analytics opt-out: the Google Analytics Opt-out Browser Add-on at tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout.
- Advertising controls: Google Ads Settings (adssettings.google.com), Meta ad preferences (facebook.com/adpreferences), and industry tools YourAdChoices (optout.aboutads.info) and Your Online Choices (youronlinechoices.eu).
Do Not Track
Some browsers send a "Do Not Track" signal. There is no industry-agreed standard for responding to it, so the Site does not currently respond to Do Not Track signals. You can still control cookies using the tools above.
Changes to this policy
We may update this Cookie Policy as our tools or the law change. We will post the updated version here with a new "Last updated" date.

The same system runs underneath everything
Brand Card
Voice, tone, and rules defined once per brand — the source of truth every draft is measured against.
Content Scorecard
Every draft scored for brand compliance before a human reviews it — catch drift before it ships.
Governed workspaces
One workspace per brand: briefs, drafts, assets, and approvals in a single tracked place.
Approvals that move
A defined brief → draft → review → approve flow, so sign-off takes minutes, not days.
Have us run it for you
