The event series

Four years of putting
the room together

DashCon is the conference we run ourselves. It started in Cebu in 2022 as a room of about a hundred people, became a four-city roadshow, filled a hall in BGC, and in 2025 became an unconference where the attendees set the agenda. This is the whole record — the real photos, the real speakers, and what people said afterwards.

Who is in the room

The people a sponsor actually wants to meet

DashCon has never been a general-tech crowd. It is the people who decide how a brand shows up, and the people who build the tools they use.

Marketing leaders and CMOs

The budget holders. They come for what is working now, not a product tour.

Startup founders

Early and growth stage, usually the person who still writes the marketing themselves.

Agency owners and creatives

Writers, designers and producers running client work at volume.

MSME owners

The 2022 room alone drew 27 companies — the operators DashoContent was built for.

Policy, academia and institutions

DICT and DTI backed the 2023 roadshow; UP and Ateneo have spoken.

Industries in the room
Digital marketingSoftwareFintechE-commerceOutsourcingArchitectureRetail and CPGEducationPublic sector

They are decision-makers, not students

The room skews owner and lead. A sponsor talks to the person who signs, not someone who has to go and ask.

The format forces conversation

Since 2022 every edition has run unconference breakouts. Nobody sits through a logo slide and leaves.

It is small on purpose now

2025 moved deliberately to an invite-led room. Fewer people, all of them relevant.

The record

Every edition, in order

Newest first. Each one changed shape based on what the last one taught us.

We're taking inspiration from how Japan enforces human-centric AI. This is the right moment to discuss how human dignity is preserved amid the rapid rise of AI, ML, and LLMs. Builders need to consider human-centered design even when development is fast.

The studies are showing that there's a very high interest and usage of AI at the individual level, but also a lack of infrastructure and support at the institutional level. While the government figures out whether to prioritize AI or not, we should take our own education seriously and produce more AI builders, users, planners, and trainers.

Dominic Ligot · CEO, CirroLytix

AI in Marketing and Business requires an approach that intentionally merges the best of AI speed and automation with human creativity. Without both, a marketing department will face challenges in keeping up with customer requirements and branding challenges in this fast-paced landscape.

Fleire Castro · CEO, DashoContent

AI literacy is shifting from a nice-to-have to a must-have, with companies starting to prioritize applicants with AI skills over those with experience. The aim is to enhance, not replace, human expertise.

Charlene Virlouvet · Chief of Staff, DashoWork

There are two general risks involving GenAI. The first is the improper production and consumption of GenAI tech and content. The second is too much gatekeeping especially in schools, to the point that students do not learn what GenAI can and cannot do.

DashCon 2022 was a refreshing event. I learned a lot. I look forward to a bigger event with deep dives, tracks or breakout sessions on specific digital marketing areas. Perhaps a 2-day event next time! Happy to support the next DashCon event. Congratulations Fleire and team for an excellent job!

Lorna BondocFounder, YOVEO Digital

So overwhelmed with the hype DashCon program! It spilled out so much beneficial information to all business content creators, professionals, marketers, entrepreneurs and the like. It was indeed a well-presented event, so timely and relevant.

In planning

DashCon 2026

A hosted AI marketing edition — smaller room, higher bar, run with a technology partner.

60–80 people, not 300

The 2025 unconference proved the smaller room works better. Every person in it contributes.

AI marketing, in practice

Not a survey of what AI might do. Working sessions on what teams actually ship, and what breaks when they do.

Hosted with a partner

Held in a partner's own space, so the budget goes into the programme and the people rather than the venue.

One city, done properly

2023 proved four cities is possible. 2026 trades reach for depth.

What we're looking for

  • Speakers working on AI inside real marketing teams
  • A venue partner for 60–80 people
  • Sponsors who want the room, not the logo wall

Dates and venue are not fixed yet. If you want to speak, host or sponsor, this is the right moment to talk — the programme is still being shaped.
